Great Spot!. Honestly, For me to like middle eastern food is a huge thing… When my friend told me about this place I fell in love with it.. It is honestly so good! I tried there chicken shawarma platter and it was delicious! I love the owner he always greeted me well and treated me like family. He always has a smile on his face and gives customers whatever they want. It is always busy in their when I stop by.. I can imagine why.. It’s amazing food! I always get more than my money’s worth. The workers there are really nice and I love getting my chicken shawarma! Whenever I cater from here they always go above an beyond my expectation! If you are planning a party or a event then you should definitely cater from here! The taste of their food is so different from others and I love how you can have spicy or not spicy… The meat is so good and tasty! Other middle eastern restaurants like PITA INN or PITA HOUSE are so bland and are a rip off compared to Falafil hut! Trust me I tried a lot of middle eastern restaurants in the city too but nothing compares to Falafil Hut. It’s a MUST try! There Gyros are amazing too! STOP BY!!! :)15 Oct, 2014Chicken shawarma. Meat meat and more meat. Absolutely love the food here! The amount of good heavenly cooked meat is irresistibly pleasing to the pallet. Love the fusion of middle eastern cooking with a touch of Indian spices. Would recommend everyone to go there. Spicy chicken shawarma is where it’s at.Ak.
Hit the spot. My friend recommended this place to me recently. I walked in and was hit with aroma of the food. My first thought was the place is tiny. It’s not a fancy shmancy joint but the food was DELICIOUS! The chicken shawarma was incomparable to a lot of other joints we tried. Excellent service and food is cooked fresh when you order and made right in front of you. Only drawback is that it was a little chilly in there but other than that I’m good.
The most awful food I have ever tasted…… I’m middle eastern and I know what our food tastes like I eat it everyday, they didn’t even have the right ingredients the food. I think if ur gonna serve middle eastern food u need to hire a middle eastern shif cause nothing tasted right!!! What a let dawn..
THIS FOOD IS PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!. The FOOD THERE IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!!:) The food is not only amazing but the atmosphere is very warm and friendly, The prices are great and you get allot of food for a great price . The food is very authentically homemade an not at all processed . The HUMMUS IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN IN AND AROUND ILLINOIS! And THE SHAWARMAS ARE SO DELICIOUS THE BEST AROUND. I would reccomend the resteraunt to anyone who loves good food or who is visiting Illinois . The RESTERAUNT IS IMMACULATE AND THE SERVICE IS SO SO FRIENDLY. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE HOOKED
