I love the concept of being able to make your own salad or wrap at Salata with so many ingredients to choose from! This place is an excellent option for lunch, carryout or eat there! The way it works is you choose a bowl (big or small) and start with lettuces then veggies, fruits, cheese, proteins, dressing and toppings. For protein, you have to pay extra! You also get pita chips, sesame sticks and/or multigrain bread roll along with your salad! For dressing- I highly recommend the thai ginger and herb vinaigrette…its amazing!You can add a cup ($3) or bowl($4) of soup to your salad and can choose between 3 varieties. I’m not too happy with the soups there though they lack the flavor and aren’t very interesting.The staff is great, place is neat and spacious and veggies look fresh!
