Bubble tea is pathetic. I have ordered bubble tea from this place a few times, but it has been awhile, so maybe (hopefully!) they wised up and don’t carry it anymore. I am a bubble tea lover, but I threw mine away after just a few sips. The reason? The tapioca balls were CRUNCHY! They were soft for about 1/3 of the outside layer, and the inside actually crunched when I bit it. I went back two more times, thinking that no place could have that happen repeatedly, but I was wrong. I told the server at the counter, but she didn’t seem to understand or care.
