Always love coming here for special occasions! The whole dining experience is different it’s slower and more social then going somewhere else which I love! Wish it was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for!
Great experience. I had my birthday at melting pot and boy, didn’t we have fun! Linda was our server and she was fantastic. Perhaps the best server I have come across in a long while. We each had a 4 course meal since we wanted to try everything. They gave complementary veggies and bread that we could refill. Linda was very friendly, helpful and SO sweet. She surprised me with a nice birthday treat and a candle for me to make my wishes. Before we ended the night, she left me with a small gift. It was such a kind gesture that made the night a memorable one. It’s a great place to dine in and have fun with friends and family.
Highly disappointing service. We arrived 30 min prior to our reservation & had to wait 15 min past our reservation to be seated. Waited another 10 minutes to see our server and another 15 for drinks. By the time we had our first dish on our table we had been seated 40 minutes. He got our salads wrong ( never bothered to write anything down) but we were really nice about it. Our entree, drink refills and prebussing was taken care of by another server (who was great). Timing of the dessert dish was okay but when our server delivered our check he said nothing, just set it on the table and walked off. He overcharged us for a glass of wine as well. Icing on the cake was the front of the house mgr walking around but never even verbally checking on tables. For this much money, the food and service are better at Cooper’s Hawk. Thanks Melting Pot, the mgr and our server Mike for making a bad day exponentially more frustrating as our dinner experience totaled 3 hours….
Well me and my boyfriend wanted to try this place(recommended by a friend, but The Melting Pot in Chicago),this one was closer so we went on a suuunday afternoon, wasnt crowded maybe 1 family and a couple. We stood there waiting to be seated for 10 minutes…noone came and asked if we needed help nothing, even 2 waiters looked me in the eye and kept pouring water, didnt even acknowledge we were standing there, soo we left and never went back. The service sucks big time. Maybe we will have better luck at the Chicao one.
Holly god, but this place sucked. The service was terrible and the so called fondue was cooked using cold water. I maybe expecting too much, but the waiter’s job is to listen an offer advice not lecture to the customer. Coq au vin is a dish, not a cooking method for shrimp. Avoid like the plague.
