Fire Jeff. Unbelievable hostility from the manager Jeff at the Schaumburg location. Messed up an all veggie order with wanting to help realize or the situation. Took absolutely no responsibly and deflected the blame on the customer. He should be fired asap. I wish I new the girls name who answered the phone as well. No credible establishment should be so cheap and treat a customer in this fashion to refund 3 dollars worth of food. Plus he called out the business and said I don’t make enough money to care. Oh yea the food is terrible. Absolutely ridiculous. Never eating here again.

Horrible service. Went there with my family. We ordered drinks but being the first time we were there we were looking at the menu, I guess the server didn’t like the fact that we didn’t know what we were ordering he took 2 other tables orders. We sat there for like 20 min without him coming by. We decide to get up and leave. Never going back there again.
We are so sad we moved…. On a return trip to Chicago after moving away we stopped at Yu’s. It was a special holiday and they said the wait was 1-2 hours. We didn’t care. The wait was shorter then expected and the food as wonderful as we remembered. We had Kung Pau Chicken and Veg Noodle platter along with the Confucius Concoction (a must splurge app to try a little bit of everything!) We only wish we could go all the time!!
Great food and hand made noodles. I really enjoy Yu’s I lived in Schaumburg for 10 years and loved going here… It is great and I love the noodle platter with the fresh seafood. I miss eating here for lunch.
Good place. Took my gf for her birthday. It’s one of her favorite places, I’ve never been. The food was great, the staff was courteous, the place was nice. My gf had some noodles that I still can’t pronounce but they were the best noodles I’ve ever tasted. It had shrimp, octopus, and more. I had the crispy duck, it was very crispy on the outside and very soft and succulent on the inside. Next time I’ll try the Peking duck, though it says you have to call 24hrs ahead of time to order it. That must be some duck! Next time I do I’ll update my review.
