The atmosphere was very loud. We were there as a family for the first time and they sat us next to a table where the guy was laughing so loudly and often that everyone was watching him. The service was prompt and the server a little over friendly. I’m in my 50’s, she was about 23 and she called each one of us ‘Babe’ about 29 times. The margarita was on ice and super strong with margarita mix. The cheese sauce on the horse shoe was excellent, but both kids complained about the meat being frozen burgers. I got the horse show pizza and it was excellent. Also, their fries are just the way I like them. Will I go there again? Maybe for take out.

LOVE!. Whether visiting on a crazy busy sports night or just for early drinks and pizza, this is a GREAT place. A variety of seating options and kitchen staff willing to make whatever combination you want on your pizza! Horshoe pizza was good but very heavy and leftovers didn’t warm-up well. We now order large pizza (with XYZ toppings) and the cheese sauce instead of marinara. HEAVEN! Extensive martini list makes it easy to get your drink on! Reasonable prices, moderate waits at times.
Just had a bad experience. I have eaten here about five times, and the service has never been what I call quick. It seems to take at least 45 minutes or more everytime for lunch. Today however, it took over an hour after we ordered to get our food, and out of the five Ponyshoes that we ordered, we received four of them. The four we did receive had been sitting out for a while, and the cheese sauce was starting to crust over, thank goodness the cheese sauce is excellent. The fifth ponyshoe was given to the individual for free, as it did not arrive until a few of us had already finished are luke warm ponyshoes. The place did not appear to be to overly crowded, so not sure what the issue was. I can excuse the fact that it takes longer than normal, but the food better be hot when I get it.The other thing that peeved me off a little was my bill was $8.63, and I paid with a $20 bill, and only received $11.00 back in change. I was short changed $.37. Not a big deal usually, but I was only planning on leaving a dollar tip as the waitress was less than satisfactory and in my opinion, did not deserve any more than 10%, so the planned $1 tip was going to be more than fair. Since the waitress short changed me, she sealed her own fate. Rude, maybe, but as the paying customer, unless I say otherwise, I should get all of my change back.Food is always decent to good, and they do serve a good Pony/Horseshoe. Good luck with the service, and you better have at least an hour for lunch.
Awful!. This place is unimpressive on all fronts. My wife and I went there on a Tuesday night. The place was not busy at all, and yet the bartender still was useless. He did not ask us about another round until we were leaving, he did not come around to ask if we wanted any food, and when we tried to get the bill he was playing on his phone. Beyond this, the draft beer choices are extremely unexciting, as is the general ambience of this establishment. Try somewhere else!
The build your own pizza is (pepperoni) is AMAZING!!!!!!! My favorite place to eat in the springfield area!!!
