This is my favorite place to eat in Springfield for breakfast-brunch. You walk in the door and it smells like my Granny’s…coffee and griddle cooking. The food is honest, simple, and delicious. I love sitting in a booth by the windows, and looking at the knick-knacks on the walls. The service is genuine and polite. I get the Harvester breakfast, they cook the bacon just right, and those pancakes…fantastic. 🙂

This is basically a breakfast destination for the elderly. The wait staff are barely mobile, let alone friendly. The food is mediocre at best, but the prices are commensurate with the quality of food and service.
Good fried fish & great service.
