Ehhh. The food was delicious, the prices weren’t atrocious. The hostess and wait staff, as well as the manager, seemed uncaring and mostly vapid. One employee was entranced by his cellphone while smoking directly next to the entrance, as well as while he was in the restaurant, and another employee seemed more interested in the sports on the giant tv screens than with the tasks he was half heartedly accomplishing. I would eat here again because the food really was good, but the staff needs to go back through training.
Great Food Great Service. I joined a few friends Wednesday night (12/17/14), we had a wonderful sever Kristen. She was happy to help explain the options and told us about the specials and was not impatient while we were waiting for our last friend to arrive. The food was great try the crab dip before its gone. Our server was great she checked on us but also did not bother us constantly as we were visiting. Looking forward to going back.
Breakfast was great. Went to the market grill for breakfast for the first time this past Sunday. Everything was delicious and they were incredibly nice to our 3 year old daughter. Our server Phil was very quick with anything we needed and very nice. Highly recommend it from this experience and will definitely be back.

So impressed!. All my expectations were exceeded when I went for Sunday brunch. I went with my boyfriend around noon. They were very busy and we had a small wait. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar if we didn’t want to wait, but we were fine with waiting. They had a really nice fire going so I was more then fine sitting near it while we waited. The place inside is very nice and has a nice modern feel. I also noticed while waiting they had one of the nicest buffets I have ever seen. I am not one for buffets but I would have eaten it. I wasn’t that hungry so I ordered off the menu as did my boyfriend. The menu prices were very affordable. Our waiter, Phil, was great. He was very friendly and took time to explain things to us. We felt like he gave us his full attention and he was very professional. Our food was brought by a manager possible. She was very professional and was even wearing a suit. The food looked very elegant and had all the small touches of a very classy restaurant. The food was amazing and I am still impressed with the price. Overall, I will be back again. This restaurant has it down. I have not been this impressed with a restaurant in a long time. This is a must try!
I had high hopes from the previous reviews, but unfortunately not the case. The staff was nice and they have a menu with variety, but that’s it. The food was not good, as I think most of it they just pulled off the grocery store side where you can buy the same food. The exception being the filet we had, which was the most disappointing of all! It was not cooked correctly and after it being sent back had an odd displeasing taste. We will not be returning to the restaurant, which is sad because we love the grocery store side!
Restaurant. Food is really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese food and the yummy deserts. The bread was made in-house and was delicious. I would definitely recommend Hy Vee. We are going back for the Sunday brunch. Everyone says it is good as well.
