Impressed. We arrived as the restaurant was opening and were well cared for. we ordered a group salad and the homemade house Italian dressing was way too oily (easily remedied by adding parmesan cheese) and it had too much onion, but who goes to a pizza joint and reviews the salad?the PIZZA was fantastic. huge slices, hand tossed, thin crust, a variety of toppings, not heavy on sauce at all. we were given parm, crushed pepper and garlic salt to add, and it improved the already-tasty pizza. everyone in my party was happy with the pizza and experience. we will absolutely be returning.
Delicious thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and good crust. Always like patronizing local places and on my trip to Springfield, Luca’s didn’t disappoint
Good pizza…most disorganized restaurant I’ve ever been to. Plan on repeating your order multiple times & hoping it’s right once it’s been delivered to your table.
I moved here from NY, and I’ve spent 7 months trying to find an eatable pizza. Tonight I found it at Luca Pizza! The dough is chewy, there’s a great crust, amazing meatball topping, and it comes in slices and not squares! This is THE only pizza worth having in the area. Also, the lady running the place is from Italy! From a New Yorker it gets the thumbs up!
Best NY Style Pizza. This hole-in-th-wall pizzaria opened years ago in White Oaks Mall and has since moved across to the other side of Veteran’s Parkway. The proprietor moved here from Brooklyn, and brought with him the classical NYC pizza. Yum!
