Try harder…. I moved to the midwest a couple of months ago and have been searching for a good sandwich ever since…and Monty’s doesn’t have it. The sweet Italian bread is good, but everything that goes inside it is only noteworthy for how sub-par it is. They use very low quality processed meats, shredded lettuce, manufactured dressings, and yellow cheddar. Any sandwich shop worth its salt should have quality meats, homemade vinegar & oil and honey mustard, and should use quality cheeses. Overall I’d say go to subway and save your money.
Good subs. Delicious subs. Maybe not as good for you as Subway, but at least their subs taste much better, and the prices are decent.
