NU~VOH AT THE SAINT NICHOLAS Definition: New, Fashionable, Modern, Up-to-Date. We are a unique Casual fine dining restaurant located in The Saint Nicholas, a historic high-rise apartment building in the heart of downtown Springfield, Illinois. With our distinctive three price-point menu offerings, patrons can enjoy casual yet upscale dining at all levels. Come in for a romantic dinner for two, drop by with colleagues and friends for small plates, or converse over cocktails with the locals at The Bleu Bar while checking out events on our quiet TVs. We host meetings/events/parties for up to thirty guests in our private room, and larger events up to two hundred guests in the Saint Nicholas Ballroom.
