Stopped in and got exactly what I expected. Marginal service, marginal food. The waiter seemed more interested in the card reader, kiosk on table, than actual personal service. I had to send a message on the stupid thing to get a drink refill. What the heck!!! Restaurants are self check out now. The quality of the food at Olive Garden was usually held up by good service the whole wireless self pay/ drink order/ digital screen takes away from why a person goes out for dinner. If I wanted to deal with a screen I would have went to a drive through. Not impressed with the food or the modern, supposedly hip new digital screen on the table. Good personal service is a rare thing this day and age. At a restaurant or a department store people just do not have people skills these days.
Lasagna fresca with shrimp. Great flavor mix – tomato was mushy and shrimp tails should be removed to make cutting and eating easier. I had to get my hands saucy to remove tails.
Italian Fast Food. When I go to an Italian Restaurant I expect it to be authentic, large portions and great Italian atmosphere. When I go to Olive Garden here it feels like another chain restaurant where you can over-pay for mediocre lasagna or alfredo. You have a choice of marinara sauce or creamy alfredo. I prefer garlic and olive oil with my pasta. I do have to admit that their soups are really good, especially the Chicken Gnocchi. A lot of older people with smaller appetites frequent here, but with 3 teenage sons– I can’t feed them here.
My 2nd time at Olive Garden. I’m not a huge Italian food lover. I wish they had more of a selection of salads, besides the minimal house salad and a choice of sandwiches also. The employees were very nice, as we’re the surroundings. Sadly, their breadsticks which everyone raves about were hard and tasteless. I make better. I guess I should have ordered a side dip, but didn’t want to pay $4 for one. I spent $37 for 2 people and we had no dessert or appetizers and we drank water. I might go back again as someone’s guest if I couldn’t talk them into going elsewhere.
Outstanding service! Not anything out of the ordinary for food (chain restaurant), but you will be well taken care of when dining here in the patch.
Excellent. I have been to this place again and again, Love the food, service is always great.
Tasty dishes, including their fettucini alfredo.
