  Waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Waitress brought our salads and we had to remind her we still didnt have our drinks. She had completely forgotten our beverages. Now we have been waiting 45 minutes for our food. Nothing has shown up yet. Still waiting and its been an hour.

  We went for the shrimp and steak special the food was average the waiter forgot to ask us how we wanted our steaks cooked. So we had to flag him down and tell him. The lighting was very poor a 6 watt bulb. We had to get our phone’s out to use the flashlight to see the menus. When we went to check out they screwed our bill up our. We should of Judge there were only 5 cars in the parking lot at supper time. Will not be going back.

  Outback Steakhouse, What a let down. Not a real fan of chain restaurants to start with but my wife and I where out on Saturday and wanted a steak. They have been running ads for unlimited shrimp and steak so we stopped in. Service was average at best. the food was terrible. I really don’t have to much else to say the food lacked flavor was not prepared well and my steak was tough. I first got the crispy shrimp they where over cooked and dry I tried the garlic butter shrimp they where cold and I sent them back to kitchen. By the time they actually got all the food on the table my wife and I both had finished are steaks. My backed potato was small and dried out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I could have spent half the money and got a better meal in at least 15 other places in Springfield IL. they really need help in the kitchen.

  Service was poor. Steak was tough. I have been in other Out Backs that were much better.
