This place is systemically wrong.small group of locals are catered to.so if your staying in one of hotels nearby skip thisPlace,tried several times and it blows.
Out of wings. Seriously.
Don’t like it. The loaded fries were great. However the ribs had way too much sweet BBQ sauce. Should be offered on the side. Silverware was filthy with dried food left on them. Makes you wonder if the glasses and plates are the same way. Didnt get drink refills until we were done and waiting for our check. Don’t think I will be back.
I used to enjoy eating here but it has consistently gone downhill . Poor service , poor management,out of food items, incorrect bills ,and this time waited over an hour for food because they had no clean plates!
I’ve eaten there at least 15 times. Consistently good food and I have never had bad service. The pulled pork is my favorite. I will say that I don’t care for their beef brisket very much. Too fatty and not very tender but maybe that is just how brisket is. I usually get the seasoned fries and BBQ baked beans.
Decent food. Worst service in springfield. Everytime I’ve gone there, I’ve received horrible service.
Always get the BBQ pork sandwiches to go. Very good and fresh everytime. Served well a lot
