HORRIBLE SERVICE RUDE WAITRESS. Family of four for a birthday party. Took three and a half hours from beginning to end. The food was good the service was horrible we waited around for ever and had to find the waitress three times for refills then the bill. 3 and a half hours it took. We will never go again. Rude waitress and manager. Didn’t ask to get out of paying we complained of service and she really did not care. It also was unsanitary.

Great food….not so great service!. The food was delicious. We had a Philly roll, spicy tuna, and a cubbie bear. It was all delicious. However, wait staff was rude. We had to wait on drinks and refills more than once. We did sit at the sushi bar, which was more enjoyable than the louder habatchi tables.
Waitress was very rude. Not very helpful with food descriptions so we were served exactly what we DIDN’T want. Rice wasn’t undercooked & hard. Highly disappointed
Suburbanized japanese food. Non-authentic. Very suburban feel (fun for kids, noisy, not necessarily high quality). I have gone a few times, always leave a little dissappointed.
