Great spot! A cozy speakeasy feel on top of Black Bull in Wicker Park. The cocktails are amazing and so is the atmosphere. I recommend going on Wednesday nights for live music and entertainment. If you’re ever in the area I suggest checking out this place — good vibes all around. lifeontiptoes.com

In true speakeasy form, the entrance is hidden right inside the door of Black Bull and up a flight of stairs. Loved the decor and ambiance – dimly lit, cozy – perfect for a romantic date but the velour booths are great for a larger group. The staff were all super friendly and helpful which was a really big plus.If you’re looking to stay awhile and want a place to sit, reservations are a must, but they’re not necessary to enter. We arrived early and left before the crowds rolled in, but I’m sure this tiny space fills up very fast. Drinks are an art here and therefore take a little more time than your average cocktail, so on a busy night you may have to wait awhile…the trade-off for a great drink. I’d love to stop back on a Friday or Saturday night to see the live jazz or flamenco dancing! lionandmaven.com

Great hidden gem on top of Black Bull. Live entertainment was great and the decor made the experience of having drinks there even better. Their cocktails are great!! It gets a great crowd and is more laid back than most of the lounges in the city. The booths require reservations but we got a booth even though we didn’t reserve ahead of time. The band was playing Spanish music and the waitress told me they also have a flamenco dancer as well. Great place for a laid back drink.
