Hash delivers on just that. I can’t even begin to express how happy it makes me when I eat at places where the people know how to develop flavors in breakfast food. It seems simple enough, but escapes some of the most popular restaurants. Hash is doing some beautiful things, and the differences are really in the small details and the skills of those cooking the food.
