Horrible service and rude manager. I called over the phone to order a vegetarian lasagna and confirmed that there is no meat in my order. I drove 30 minutes down to the restaurant and confirmed at the register that there was no meat in my order. There were teenage employees at the counter, who did not know what was offered on the menu. I paid a total of $40 for a lasagna. I came home and cut into the lasagna. THERE WAS MEAT. I was so upset that I called the manager and he said that I needed to give them at least 24 HOURS notice for a vegetarian lasagna. I explained to him that if was not my fault and confirmed TWICE to see if a vegetarian option was offered from their restaurant. He finally agreed to refund me and asked for my credit card information. After finishing his transaction, he said that he refunded $20. I asked him why not the whole amount I paid?! He said that because the food was already made. I argued with him more and finally he agreed to refund me the whole amount. I just hope that I actually receive the entire amount back. I am so upset with this restaurant and will NEVER return back.

Yum and I love the pizza they are known for. But there ribs are the best if you like warm,tender,and juicy ribs this is were to get them.
Best deep dish pizza ever. Hands down, they have best deep dish pizza!! It puts Geno’s, Lou’s, Nancy’s, Uno’s and Giordano’s to shame. Ask for extra sauce and well done!!
