  Nice place! Service and food was okay. Nice atmosphere trans friendly staff. Nice selection of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. friendly service staff

  For a hotel restaurant, it was pretty dope. They have to since they replaced all the Tramonto’s restaurants at this Westin Chicago North Shore. I was here on a group dinner and the hotel was the official hotel for the BMW Golf PGA Championship at the time of my stay. Lots of activities going on there and there were lots of famous golfers going in and out. Lots of Bimmers and Rolls Royce on the lot. It was a sight!I had a set menu and the choice of entres were chicken limone, filet mignon, or lobster risotto. Most of the people chose filet and they all said it was good. I ordered the risotto and it was good but it was skimpy on the lobster. The starters of some white meat meatballs and stuffed mushroom were very good. They also had a big platter of pickled stuff that looked very impressive. The desserts of apple crostada and a mascarpone chocolate pie were also very nice. I could use some more ice cream on the crostada. They managed to find the smallest scoop available and used it to scoop my ice cream. Service was okay. They missed a lot of things you asked for. Maybe because it was a big group? However, it was annoying when you asked for something but it never came.

  Stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for an appointment. Staff seems nice enough. Got a quick Caesar with chicken as I needed to be out in 10 minutes tops. Click is ticking. : ). Salad was fantastic and very fresh. Good quick bite. Nice ambiance.

  Don’t waste your time. I’ve been staying at the Westin which is attached. Food is unremarkable and service is even worse. I’m disappointed Westin would tolerate this as the only on-site restaurant when there are other nearby options.

  I’ve been staying at the Weston (hotel connected to restaurant) for the last three days and eaten here each day. The service is extremely rude and will rarely even stop by to fill the water. The food is mediocre but the service is soooo bad it makes the entire experience unenjoyable. Worth a taxi ride to avoide this one

  The best part was the service and ambiance. The entire restaurant is designed to look and feel like a legitimate Italian restaurant. When we ordered food, it came within 5 minutes of ordering. There food is great with an extremely large menu. Recommended for large groups of people, because there is a family menu available that serves a plethora of different foods per person. I would definately come again.

  Thought I should show up for lunch after crowd dispersed. I felt I would get better service and a seat outside. I requested an outdoor seat and was seated at 3:01 pm. After 20 minutes a young man showed up and confirmed they were not aware I was outside. He brought bread and said my server would be out to take my order. I gave the young man my order instead of waiting for the server. 20 minutes later the food arrived and was delivered by the server. My order was small, simple and eaten in 15 minutes. I never saw my server again and went inside to pay my bill. In short, the food was ok but the service was terrible. Meanwhile, the young lady who did not alert staff that I was seated drives her white, ford escape off. I do not recommend this restaurant.
