Moody staff. We visted family in auburn last weekend while the county fair was in the area and had heard good and bad reviews about northway inn. We decided to try it ourselves! The food was pretty good but the wait staff was a little off. My daughter and I felt tension between our waitress and the 2 other waitresses. We heard a few yells from a food window located in the middle of the small diner, the voice carried and was a minor turn off. We may be back, maybe with a happier visit next time!!!!!
GREAT FISH!!!. My wife and I eat here about once a month. Always on a Friday for their fish dinner. Some Fridays it is standing room only, other times there is no wait for a table. The service is always great, the staff is very friendly, the food always great and the price is very reasonable. From the outside one might think it not worth stopping in to try. Just get past the outside, like the old saying goes you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, stop in and give them a try you will be very pleased with the service, food and the cost. I highly recommend Northway Diner!!!!!! and am very surprised no one else has written a review.I believe Friday is the only time they stay open for dinner the rest of the week they are only open for breakfast and lunch.
