Family atmosphere good food. You dont know what your missin go visit big daddys bbq and lil mamas fixins the service was excellent, the food was fresh and hot, the homemade bbq sauce was slammin will go back again, they tell me every friday is kareoke, will check it out friday.
Don’t bother.. We went there on a Saturday night. Not real busy. Asked for a kids menu was told they had no kids menu. Not real pleased to order my 2 year old a 7 dollar meal. We decided to try the fried mushrooms. Was told out of mushrooms and fried pickles. We decided to pass on the Appetizer. My wife is not a fan of BBQ so she decided to have the campfire chicken. Guess what out of that to. The food we had was ok. Not great. Would not recommend and will not be back. Server did not seem to concerned of being out of so much food we ordered.
AWFUL. We decided to try the restaurant tonight despite the terrible reviews. NEVER again. The food is by far the worst i have ever eaten. You would expect the bbq sauce at a bbq joint to be delicious. I thought, you could dowse anything in good bbq sauce and make it taste good. Well……the bbq sauce is the worst i have ever tasted. I cannot even explain the taste it was so bad. I suggest ordering something without bbq sauce if you decide to go there.
Not all that.. Rude customer service. Sub-par food. It is Aurora though. Don’t bother.
Terrible keep driving by!. I just moved to the area and was looking for a BBQ place to call home. I ordered 6 wings smoked Sausage and pulled pork. The sauce took my breathe away with pepper. It did the same to my wife. The wings were deepfried not smoked. The chipsand bun were a couple days old. Pulled pork was cold. I will not ever go back there and they need to change everything before I ever send anyone there. Stay away and keep on driving by.
The menu is overpriced for the quality of food. The sauces are bitter and taste mostly of vinegar. I don’t know what the batter on the chicken tenders consisted of but my child only tasted pepper. Lastly, there is no need to ruin jiffy cornbread by adding vanilla pudding. Revamp the menu and lower your prices. Thumbs down from a town with not many options.
Best BBQ Joint. I first went there with my mom one Sunday afternoon. When I first walked in I loved seeing all the neat old looking stuff and how they had fences in the restaurant to kinda block off the waiting area from the dining area. I loved reading all the funny signs and looking at the neat pictures. When it was time to order I got their catfish, which they no longer have :(, with corn bread, soup beans and a sweet potato. When we got our food I took and bite and was very pleased. The food was amazing! The atmosphere was great and our waitress was wonderful! Best bbq I’ve ever had and in my opinion best bbq joint around! I keep going back I love it so much, good thing I live close. And everytime I do I get something new, unless it’s Sunday and I get their fried chicken special! I highly recommend it!
