June 6,2014. At at Papas tonight. We ordered the bar at eight p.m. There were all kinds of things not filled on the bar. I asked our waitress if they could make some cheese bread for me. She said she would check. She never returned to our table. No bread. No refills of the bar! I never saw a manager. I did tell the girl about it as I paid my ticket. She did not seem to care. She did not go get a manager. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Easily the best burger in Bedford. Today made for my second time there and it was fantastic. The whole experience was, really. The service was slow to start, but the waitress was very nice and visited our table frequently enough. I can’t speak highly enough of the meal i had. Perfect burger with seasoned fries to match. I’ll definitely be making Pappa’s a regular stop when I’m in Bedford.

Good Food & Atmosphere. Good place to eat. Food would be a 7 on a scale of 1-10. Good All-American cuisine and pizza, too. The service is good most of the time. The atmosphere is kind of quiet, dim, and cool. They have a smoking section, which is the bar area, and a family dining area (non-smoking). Prices are fairly reasonable, as well.
Loved…as always. My husband and I got to Pappa’s about once week and have been doing so for a few months now. I have tried a variety of their dishes as has my husband and I have to say it has to be the best food for the price that you can get locally. The services is always friendly and the environment is relaxed and inviting. We love this place.
Terrible service. I go there often, service is usually not great but not too bad. Went last night and it was AWFUL. The waiter was rude, brusque, in a hurry even though we were the only table, argumentative, careless, sloppy…I could go on. He sneered at my friend’s questions about the menu, practically threw the food on the table, then got the order wrong and said it was our fault. And the food was not hot at all, it was bad. I will not be back. I tried to ask for a manager, and the girl at the bar refused to let me talk to one!
Pappa’s. I love their coconut chicken. It comes with 2 sides for 8.95… You can choose their awesome salad bar as one of your sides for no additional cost. The salad bar on its own could be a meal. They have a great staff too, very friendly.
