LOVE IT!. I have to say that we frequent this place a LOT. We like to sit on the smaller side or at the counter. The servers know us. They treat us like they really want us there, food cost is reasonable. Portions are good, atmosphere is laid-back. They are always willing to make substitutions or try new things. The servers are friendly too and your coffee cup never gets empty! I can’t not say a bad word about Brunchies and hope you love it as well!
Enjoyed it. Good food, yummy coffee! Pancakes were a little thick for me. Great service, good prices. If you’re in the mood for diner food, great place!
Quite disappointing. Food was boring and their orange juice was GROSS.
Very disappointing. We decided to finally try this out this morning. Got up early and was a bit put back by how crowded it was, but decided to go for it anyway. Any place crowded has to be good right? WRONG… it was not good at all. Overcooked chewy and overly crispy hash browns that tasted like they were from frozen. The chicken fried steak was so overcooked it needed a saw to cut through. The biscuits seemed ok till I tasted and was instantly hit with a horrible amount of pepper and no other taste. Same gravy for the chicken fried steak which my girlfriend also agreed was a zillion times too much pepper. The biscuits seemed they were ok at least, though the pepper blasted any hope of tasting them. The bacon was limp, greasy and chewy. ..I think the only good thing we had between both plates was the toast. Needless to say we will not be back. Not sure what the rest of the crowd was there for. Maybe they cook something good, but not going to worry about finding out. The price between the two of us was well over $20 for a dismal, disappointing breakfast. I call that robbery. What was also terrible was the tables are so close together and the decor is not homey at all. Every time the door opened, we got blasted by cold air. Just miserable and really ruined the whole day for us. The staff was pretty friendly though.. however I didn’t notice one person smiling in the long line for the checkout. Hmmmm…
Very pleasantly surprised! Pancakes-yum! Eggs perfecto. Hash browns crispy and salty.
Good coffee, I had the French toast and it was pretty standard but it was good, wouldn’t order it again though. I will come back at some point and try a different menu item.
