This is good Chinese take out for a decent price. Nice family owners.
My go to Chinese take out place, great lo mien noodles. The food always tastes fresh and not frozen/microwaved or full of chemical/dyes. I love the online ordering system and always had friendly service when I pick up. I’ve heard the woman speak on the phone and I think it’s a cultural thing to be short (‘okay, okay!’), it’s just different than the kiss-up food service Americans usually expect.
TASTIEST FOOD!. Don’t listen to these other people. I know the owner, she is a very nice lady (and hard to understand at times) but she is trying to manage a business that isn’t very well-known so the prices may be a little high (so go for lunch food) my favorites are the hot and sour soup (very delicious and fresh), general chao, Kung pao, egg rolls (extremely hot! Let them cool!), egg drop soup (same here! VERY hot, let cool), and the fried rice. Really good almond cookies too! Only 1$ for 3 🙂
Decent food when you’re hungry and want delivery. People complaining about the woman on the phone need to understand that perhaps there is a cultural barrier here. She’s not friendly but not unfriendly either. Just efficient and all about business. The food is fine, not terrible, not great. When I would prefer delivery, this works.
Used to like this place. I used to like this place. We ordered delivery and the gal on the phone was extremely rude. Had a coupon for $1.00 of a lunch entree with the purchase of a drink from Coupons 4 Indy and she would not honor it. When the food got here, my entree had HUGE chunks of vegetables in it. This was not normal chopped vegetables in the dish, they were too large to eat. It was like someone didn’t want to take the time to cut them properly. My hot & sour soup was extremely salty, granted it is a salty dish, but this was really bad and I couldn’t eat it. I’m not sure what happened, but I won’t be encouraging my co-workers to order from this place again. I am embarrassed that I did this time.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I will not be back to this Chinese place. My girlfriend ordered over the phone clearly everything we ordered when she was given the total the prices seemed really high. Not only were the prices higher than normal meals at dinner time when the orders got to the house they were wrong and things were forgotten. We were promised we will get you next time so I called back because I wanted the rest of my order. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and proceded to yell and scream. After saying I would not return I hung up the phone ensuring her I would not be back. EXTREMELY RUDE DON’T GO HERE
