I got the pick 3: jambalaya, crawfish dish, and the shrimp etteoffee and it was delicious! None of it looked like it was going to be good, as it looked like vomit, but the taste of everything was tastier than I expected!!
Born in Baton Rouge and this place is about as far away from good Cajun food as Indiana is from Louisiana. It always saddens me to taste bad Cajun or BBQ… almost want to invite them home to taste the real-deal. Anyways, keep trying, cut back on the green pepper, cayenne, and improve your rice… it’s gummy and could’ve been day old. Not impressed.
