We ate in Chesterton on Thursday night. This is the third week we chooseApplebees. I ordered the Honey Pepper Sirloin (med. Rare) it was a little too done but I let that go.But I asked for Extra peppers and onions. There was barely a sprinkle of onions and 3 little slices of pepper!I WAS CHARGED .99 extra I wish you’d get better glasses to serve ice tea. Plastic scratched 12oz just don’t cut it. I really like ApplebeesI just hate to see it slipping
This is a great little neighborhood restaurant. The wait staff is always very competent & friendly. The food is decent and they have some reasonable deals. Their plain old hamburger is one of the best burgers around. And if you like onion rings, their crispy rings aren’t soggy and are made of real, thick slices of sweet onion. Delicious. There are menu options that aid those on weight watchers or who want to cut calories but not taste. Smoking is available in the bar area. They have good fans so I never even notice it. Thumbs up for good food that’s affordable.
