This place is wretched. Dirty, slow, the shake or ice cream machine is usually broken. I try to avoid the Chesterton location as much as possible.
Worse Service. There is NOTHING fast about this fast food place!!! I stood in line for over ten minutes while the only cashier tried handling a coupn for the one person in front of me. Meanwhile, the other ten workers just walked around smiling, totally oblivious to what was going on. That included the manager!! I walked out, and drove across the street to Burger King, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes!!! This McDonald’s just keeps getting worse and worse!!! I’ll definitely NEVER go back!!!
Indian Boundry McDonalds. Rude, unhelpful service. Went with my 11 year old son last saturday morning. Lady that waited on us must have been a manger, wearing a white shirt. Completely unable to smile, as was the same case with everyone else. People behind the counter busier yelling at each other than helping customers. The drive through is definitley more friendly since you don’t have to really see any of the staff
