The food is usually good but the most of the staff is ratherrude especially the woman cashier. She is very rude and is very fake when she tries to a.c. tpolite.I have seen her act the last customer service job she had or has. She definitely should not be placed in direct contact with the public like she is. Makes you want to check and see if she’s there before you come here. The older man who is the host is very poor also. He treats the customers and the employees horrible the way he treats them.It sure ruins a good meal when your treated rudely. Too many other places to go and not have to tolerate this treatment.Not my first choice when my husband wants to dine here. I have heard this from several others also. I do hope you care enough to act on the issues.

Slow service and too many items on the menu bring the quality of this RTC.
Not Good. The food was bland and cold, as was the waitstaff and casher, with a side of rudeness , the utensils were dirty, and it took almost an hour to be served. I regret having stopped in
Save your money. They have a nursing home food. How can that be good?
Round the Clockis Amazing. I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is nothing short of exceptional, and of course the service is second to none. You are greeted by smiling faces, from the host to your server. A top notch facility and great value makes Round the Clock in Chesterton a must-stop destination. Whenever you are looking for a great meal with great people at a great value, RTC is the way to go. You won’t regret it.
