Good Food, Dumb Workers. If you can get past the fact that the teenage staff are largely moronic and disinterested, you might actually like the food. Seriously, they must go out of there way to find the dumbest possible people to work there. One time, I ordered vermicelli at the takeout window, and the clerk looked at me like I was from Mars before telling me that they don’t have any such thing. When I pointed it out on the menu, she turned around and walked back into the kitchen to ask someone what vermicelli is. On another occasion, they had agreed to participate in a promotional event whereas people would stop in and receive a sample of their food. However, no one apparently told the staff, and when potential customers came to sample their wares, they were turned away. The food however is pretty good, and the pizza ranks among my favorite of all time. Pizza is very subjective, but I happen to love this pizza, which I why I put up with all of the extra garbage.
Really like the oven baked subs, most everything is good. Don’t get the raviolis, you can get the same quality in the frozen food aisle.
Great Family Pizza Joint. Really like this place. Good wings and pizza. Plus, the beer selections are abundant and reasonably priced ($3 for Stella!). We go here at least 2x a month. Can’t beat their prices. Staff is friendly enough – no complaints.
Great Place. We go to Vals a couple times a month. Love the calzones and the wings. We enjoy the random musicians that play.

UnProfessional. This place used to so good to go to or deliver from. The quality of the food has gone way down hill and the customer service/professionalism went along for the ride. The teens answering the phones taking orders need to be taught how to talk on the phone…uhhhh ummmmm yeah… are not words to be used when taking orders. Before you hang up the phone you’re last question should be cash or credit. ALWAYS. I purposely don’t volunteer information anymore just to waste their time when they dont ask and arrive at my door expecting cash.Don’t order square cut pizza they will cut triangles slices then realized they jacked it up and cut squares on top of it. this results in pieces that are 1 inch by 1 inch diagonally cut in the middle and make for a ridiculous eat. when you call to complain you get a new manager that doesn’t care, it’s his way and that’s all there is to it. The new pizza recipe sucks, to many big onions IN THE SAUCE. avoid this place like the plaque.
