Some of the rudest bartenders I have ever encountered.One in particular haslong black hair (don’t know her name, nor do I care to learn it) is rude & unpleasant. I even went as far as calling the manager/ownerto complain about her. First we sat there waiting for her to stop talkingto a man at thebar for close to 10 min, we almost left, then it took far too long to get my cocktail with a half empty bar, then when she did grace me with her presence, she set my drink down out of my reach, seriously. I had to get off my chair to get it LOLOL That was not the only unpleasant experience with her either. Unreal. We love the pizza there but found other restaurants in the area who’s employees know how to treat people There are actually a few bartenders who need training on how to treat a customer or perhaps look for a different line of work cause they are awful.
Look elsewhere for a party room. If you’re planning an event, don’t book this location. The food was 40 minutes late despite our agreement with the restaurant to have the buffet ready at a set time. The manager also did not properly staff the event, so drinks were taking an unacceptable amount of time to be delivered. The issues were not quickly addressed either. Management did not adequately make amends for the poor service when it came time to settle the tab. There are plenty of other places with a party room. My advice is to look at those instead of the Bullpen.
