  Worst Experience By Far. This Dairy Queen location is not even subpar; it is inadequate and has horrible customer service.Today my sister and I visited for what we thought would be a quick ice cream trip and a joyful experience. 45 minutes later I realized just how wrong my initial thought was. It began in the drive through when we ordered two simple blizzards a medium and a small. The order was screwed up resulting in my journey inside the establishment. I was greeted by a young girl who was interrupted by the manager. I explained the error, politely asked her to remake it, and assumed the issue was resolved.Yet again, I was wrong.After returning to my car, I uncovered the lid to find a concoction that was not even close to the blizzard I requested. The second time I sent my sister back in to correct the manager once more.My sister had to wait five minutes to even speak to the manager. Once she had her attention, my sister explained to her that she had once more failed to complete our order. The manager, when asked if she could compensate for our troubles for TWO incorrect orders, told my sister that It is against policy to compensate for your trouble. As the only adult in this establishment, I can assure you my sister was furious. Her staff, by the looks of it, was never properly trained resulting in HER personally needing to remake our order for the third time.When we finally received the correct order 45 minutes later, we gladly took our blizzards and left. It is unfair to her staff to need to work with such poor management. As a food service employee myself, I can assure that this type of behavior would not be tolerated at my place of work. We will not be returning.
