  I tried this restaurant again. Unfortunately, the service was bad. Again. We waited 20 minutes to be seated on a Friday night at 8:30. After we were seated, the order was taken fairly quickly. As usual, the food took 45 minutes to arrive. We ordered two soups, and the waiter finally brought them as we were halfway through the meal. When my husband told him we didn’t want them because they’d been sitting in the window, instead of apologizing for the wait, he told him he’d made the chef remake them, which we don’t believe. He never apologized for anything, and we waited for refills etc as well. We won’t be giving this restaurant another chance, the service needs to change.02 Jun, 2013First I’d like to say that I LOVE the burgers and fries, but this restaurant chain needs to improve their service greatly. We waited 20 minutes to be greeted by our server, who informed us he was on break and we shouldn’t have even been seated in his section. We thenwaited another 40 minutes for our food. Drinks and refills were waited long times for, and they were brought separately, my two daughters would wait for thwir drinks after we would recieve ours. Now as I have finished my meal an hour and thirty minutes after getting here, we have had to ask for the check twice. Ranch sauce was forgotten and my husband finally had to get up and ask for it, lemons were never brought fornhis water. Just absolutely horrible service.
