We went here for New Years Eve. The place has a very pretty setting but I think the management there failed to prepare & organize for the amount of people that were there (which I don’t understand because it’s by reservation!). I’m not sure but they seemed to be way under staffed & the way they had things set up was VERY confusing & inconvenient (for the diners & serving staff!). Some of the food was VERY good & some not so much. The appetizer & the pasta bar were extremely good but the way they had the pasta bar crammed into the area right in front of the service bar was very odd to say the least, also, while waiting in line at the pasta bar we overheard a manager(?) yelling at & belittling the servers in front of diners. Very uncomfortable!! After having our pasta we were brought a very small plate of potatoes for the 6 of us to share & then we waited & waited for the the servers to bring the skewers of meat. They finally came with under cooked chicken & then we waited & waited again for more to come. It trickled out little by little but never came like at other Brazilian type places I’ve eaten at in the past. The meats that came were mostly very tough & seemed to be cooked too quickly, also, they did try to pass Italian sausage off as chorizo! I did have a piece of strip steak that was very good! I forgot to mention that the drinks we ordered were so strong that they were not drinkable. I don’t think the bar tender was very experienced (who puts a cherry into a supposed top shelf margarita?!!). All & all I would definitely NOT go back & would not recommend this restaurant to anybody unless you don’t care about the way the food tastes & you only go to restaurants for a pretty setting!!

I took my wife there for her birthday last night. The only 2 negatives were: 1) there was no one manning the front counter when we walked in, so I had to walk through the restaurant to find someone to seat us, 2) the tapas bar left something to be desired. Otherwise, everything was really good and we enjoyed it quite a bit.
I ate here three times and each time was worse than the last. Waiters dont know much about the food, uniforms were filthy and the quality of food is poor. For a real brazilian experidnce, go to Fogo de Chao in Chicago and save some money’
