Love Great Wall, good food and an environment that surpasses any expectation of what A Chinese restauraunt may have. Well established name in the community and I’ve been going since I was a kid, I definitely recommend Great Wall.
SImply Outstanding. I’ve eaten Chinese from LA to Chicago to New York and have never had better!!! This local gem is not affiliated to other Great Wall restaurants.I’m not a fan of Asian decor, period. Service is always friendly and usualy excellent.
Great Food. Their hot and sour soup is the best I’ve tasted anywhere and that includes the lower 48, Canada, Europe and Africa. Their spring rolls are crispy and fresh, and their pot stickers are out of sight. Their hot and spicy dishes are not hot and spicy they are bland. Order red chili sauce on the side and have yourself a ball. Beef with orange peel is one to try as well.
Good food. We love to eat at The Great Wall for the good food and service. Try the pot stickers and sizzling rice soup for two on your next visit to this long time Elkhart establishment.
Great wall is a very warm and welcoming place to eat. I have eaten there plenty of times and the crispy beef,General TSo,and those pot stickers just always tastes so delicious. The bar has a very classic look with plenty of drinks for good conversation all night. I’m sure anyone would enjoy the great walls service.
This is a crappy little hole with decor from the 1970s, coincidentilly I think that thats when our food was prepared when we ate there. The building has suspect locked coolers behind it. I don’t live in Elkhart , I was just passing through and after eating at this establishment and reading the first review my thoughts on this place are WTFFF!!! are these people smoking. Maybe if I had something that good to inhale the shitty food would have tasted like Applebees and I would have felt a sense of euphoria surrounded by the pink stripped walls and the odd wood decor. God help this place if Panda Express comes to town.
Great Wall is best. Great Wall is the best Chinese around. Great atmosphere and great service.Cory is always personable and friendly. We are happy to see him when we go in.
