Worst ever. We go to Hunter’s alot or I should say we did. We waited an hour and a half for our dinner Saturday night. As we sat there we saw 3 tables pay for their drinks and walk out on their food. I did not get what I ordered I was served bar rum when I asked for Bacardi because bar rum makes me sick. And sick I was before we even left. My food sucked and so did my husbands. Fran and her crew were not working this night. I hate to say this but we will not be back again. Oh yea and the cops were all over the place because they had a patron they could not control.
Although the food was decent, we waited for almost 40 minutes from the time we placed our order until getting our meal. When the waitress finally brought it to our table, it was delivered without apology or any acknowledgement of how long we had to wait. This was our first time trying this restaurant and not sure if we’d come back again with kids, if the service is like this. The cost was much higher than anticipated– we didn’t order any drinks and it was still over $40 for sandwiches for a family of five.
Friendly Place. You can get big portions of good food at Fran Hunters Place. The chef salad is huge and the soups are made fresh. Nice people hang out there:)
Really good fish!!! And cheap drinks! Great family dining too!
Try the prime rib on saturday nights. Yummy! Also, the drinks are very good and inexpensive as well.
