Great Food & Atmosphere! However only giving it 4.0 because if you go at typical dinner time be prepared to wait for A LONG time! They take call ahead & you put your name on the list & no matter what time you show up! You get seated as soon as table is open. So the people actually waiting continuously get bumped back. If the bar is full you really don’t have anywhere to wait! They either need to expand a little or decide if they want to be a dinner place or a hang out place cause people don’t leave! Example we got there about 6:15, 1 couple in front of us waiting, at a nearby table customers were sitting before we got there having drinks, eating and just sitting having conversations! No big deal except it had been like 4 hrs! We did finally get a table & had great food & drinks But either go super early or a lot later like 9:30! Ps had the Prime Rib-So Good! 2 people could eat this! Picture is what I’m taking home!!!
Ate over the weekend and was really impressed. The breaded tenderloin is one of the best in the state (this is not something said lightly). The onion rings are fabulous. My wife said the Caprese and fries are really good. I highly recommend this place.
Cool Place. Stopped by to get some burgers. Pretty cool place, some interesting burgers. Don’t go out of your way, but nice place to stop in if you’re nearby.
No worth it. Overpriced and not any better than chains. Also who doesn’t offer fries with their burgers. Should have gone to red robin
Order lacked accuracy. We had a party of 7 and the prices were considered by most to be high, the food quality was very good and the service was above average, the food was not prepared to order as 3 steaks were over cooked and one under cooked. get a better meal at a upper scale chain.
Bring along cards/don’t forget your phone!. I read great reviews for Miles Lab and was very excited to try the burgers. I read that service was slow but I wasn’t in a rush. I figured with all the positives on the food, the wait would be worthwhile. It just wasn’t. If it’s going to take 45 minutes for my burger to arrive it should be perfect. I ordered the black jack burger medium rare. My husband had the burger medium. When the sandwiches arrived mine was medium and his was medium rare. The black jack burger is supposed to come with grilled jalapeos. Mine did not. It was disappointing. The burgers were alright but bland.To be fair, I did not complain about my burger. I did not want to wait for another one to arrive. On the positive side, the place was bustling. I liked all the decor. It was clean. Everyone looked to be enjoying the food. Service was slow for all but no one seemed annoyed. Maybe their food came out right. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to a friend but I also wouldn’t steer them clear. Maybe it was just bad luck. Also, my husband ate all of his sandwich and I ate over half of mine. So it wasn’t bad, just not great.
Food Lover. Love the food at this neighborhood jewel! Burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood are all delish! 100% LOVE the Burger of the Month idea and this month’s Jalapeno Popper burger is amazing! Service can be slower when the place is busy, but that’s to be expected and happens everywhere. Servers are pleasant and make you feel welcome. The owner also does a stand up job of making sure any problems are resolved. The housemade desserts are out of this world…OMG!!! The quality and large portions completely match the pricing. Unrealistic expectations if you think prices are high. Craft beer selection is the best in the area according to my boyfriend. Great job!
