Save your money!!. My lemon drop martini was $10! My chicken nachos were dry and gross. The waitress was the dumbest person I have met. She forgot to bring me my drinks. The service took 2 1/2 hours!! Unbelievable. When a group of young guys sat next to us our waitress immediately got them their drinks and food and never checked on us. I will never go back here.
Nice place to check out. Heard about this last night and decided to check it out. Cons: Very dim light & Prices on the menus were very small print, Pros: Food was fast, I mean real fast. Burgers and Loaded Tots were awesome. Drinks were good. Waitress checked on us but didn’t over bother us. They had several items on the menu I wanted to try that I don’t see in many other places.
Very dirty, Brunch definitely from a box mix. We used to love Bar Louie but it seems to have really gone down hill. We visited today for brunch. First we were sat at a table with broken and very worn chairs. The floors seemed to be covered in grease throughout the restaurant. You could see footprints and the bottoms of our shoes had some kind of film on them when we left. We waited over 10 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. I could see into the kitchen and watched a kitchen member handle food without gloves. Then our pancakes came. Very thin and tasted like box mix. I visited the ladies bathroom with a broken toilet seat and they desperately needed to be cleaned. We will not be back again after this visit.
Sucks. Servers never give bills, food is good, drinks are over priced… Good luck getting your bill (I have left twice now having to guess my bill).
As an out of towner I appreciated the service on a very busy, March Madness Thursday. Food was so-so ( fish n chips, fish was fried about 2 min too long= black and tough) but again, service was great. Shoots about par compared to most food pubs I’ve been to.
No excuse. I went in here just recently with my boyfriend, I’d read these reviews and basically expected the worst, but we’d never been and wanted to see for ourselves. This was a huge mistake. We walked in the door to find no one at the host stand, only 1 visible free table and no sign as to whether we should or should not try and seat ourselves. After standing in the door way for almost 10 minutes, with absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff whatsoever(including both of the bartenders we tried to get to pay attention to us) and having someone who appeared to be a manager walk right by us, we left. This quite frankly is nothing short of pathetic. I’ve worked at restaurants before and if I had treated people like this, I’d likely have at the very least been written up by my managers. I cannot even fathom how this place gets any sort of business at all, especially when they blatantly ignore people before they’re even seated! Seriously, don’t waste your time (or if you were even able to get seated, your money) here. Inexcusable.
I had the blue Louie with chicken breast and it was delicious! Fries were good too. My daughter had the blackberry and Brie salad and she loved it. Portions were perfect, not enormous.
