It’s ok but nothing to write home about. This place offers the same food as Qdoba and moes. The food we ate here was identical in taste to the other 2 places. There is nothing that sets this place apart from the others.
Chain Restaurant or Not, Their Tacos Are FireChipotle is one of my favorite places to grab a burrito or taco. Yeah, sometimes the staff is obnoxiously friendly, but that’s better than disgruntled, I suppose. The place is usually super clean, the service is hella fast, and their food tastes GREAT (in ALL CAPS because I really mean it). They use a lot of fresh organic ingredients, prepare all of their food in-house, and it’s tasty as hell. I understand some of the complaints, but let them work on it and try it again. Refusing to return simply because you can’t change your kid’s diaper in their bathroom is pretty stupid.
Setup is cool but Qdoba and Mexellent have better food and service.
This location is absolutely filthy. Not just a little dirty because they just had a crazy lunch rush. I’m talking the kind of filthy that takes a long time without cleaning to get. It’s a shame because the restaurant is brand new. The floors don’t look like they have ever been swept or mopped, every table in the place with food and stuck on funk. Trash over flowing. no one seems to care. there was at least 7 people behind the counter. My husband and my food was decent but if I had realized how dirty the place was before I ordered we would have left. An employee came out to check if we liked the food and started washing a dirty table but just ended up smearing the funk and knocking a little on the floor before walking back behind the counter to talk. If this place is this dirty out in the open, i shutter to think how bad it is behind scenes. Beware.
Dana – they don’t have a microwave. you can watch them make everything. tortillas are made on a press like paninis. nobody is going to stop you from reading the menu (although you don’t have to approach the counter as soon as you walk in – you can stand back and read it without anyone hassling you, i’m sure) or rush you through the line. you’re a customer. the managers are rude, but the rest of it was an exaggeration. keep reviews honest.
Being a first time customer and treated the way we were tonight, I will never. E back! We walked up to the counter and starting reading the menu within a few seconds someone down the line acti g like a manger I suppose, told the girl waiting on us that they have 3 minutes to get everybody through the line. We didn’t even have a chance to read the menu. I ordered a cheese quesadilla since I had no time to read the menu. I was given one tortilla shell with cheese melted in a microwave. The was a big disappointment! Your manager was very rude to other employees and myself !
The food was amazing, the service was great, but there’s not a changing table for a child in the whole place. I have a one year old son and I had to change him on the floor. That alone Makes me never wanna go back. To me it Makes my young child unwelcome and I’ve never seen a restaurant without a changing table in the bathroom! I feel like that should be a necessity.
