I have eaten at Cleaver’s several times and always enjoy it. They have a really good breakfast. I usually have the country fried steak and eggs. For $7.99 you get a country fried steak, two eggs, hash browns or fresh fruit and toast or a biscuit. For lunch or dinner I like the gyros which is HUGE or the Italian Beef both are delicious. The restaurant is not fancy, but is always clean. The service is always good and the waitresses are friendly and keep your drinks full.
Went there for breakfast this morning. Really loud restaurant,noisy. Pretty much a diner. They have a huge breakfast menu. I opted for biscuits and gravy, guess I made a bad choice, very very bland. Also had a side of sausage links. Funny, the first one I took a bite of was tepid. I took a bite of another one and it tasted like it was right off the grill. Regardless, all were burnt. Service was fast. I mean fast as in frantic. Waitress was rushing around from table to table but only for a split second. Did I mention how loud the restaurant is. They were crowded but not backed up and we were seated immediately. As mentioned above it is a large menu maybe I should try another choice. We might go back.
