So many good things. Today I tried the white chocolate cherry swirl (probably my new favorite) and the bacon cheddar beer bread. So yummy! I love their chicken salad too. I read a previous review talking about the owners, and how rude they were. THERE ARE NEW OWNERS! A couple of ladies who are friendly, and do a little bit of everything! I witnessed one of them making a tray for a party, while the other was waiting on customers, offering samples, and running the cash register. The fountain drink machine had ran out of coke while I was there, and it was one of the owners who ran over to change it out! I live so close now that I will be visiting at least weekly if not more!
Worst Experience Ever. I have been going to Great Harvest for numerous years and today was the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. When I received my sandwich the chicken was cold and not cooked to temperature. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, but was still cold. I asked an employee to warm up the chicken the owner then came to my table explaining that they could not meet my expectations for food quality and asked that I leave and not come back any more. What type of customer service is that???? All I wanted was a quality sandwich for lunch.
Really nice staff, good sandwiches and bakery items, overall a great place.
