Unprofessional. I thought that it was very unprofessional that two of the managers were very flirtatious and touchy. It seemed like they are dating, it just made our experience very uncomfortable having to watch that go on. They were also standing around and talking instead of helping out their staff, as a business woman i just found that very unprofessional. The food was alright, but we will not be back for awhile.

Best salad bar, employees need attitude check. This is the best salad bar in town – more choices than just the typical shredded iceburg and cheese that is found in most other restaurants. The food is pretty consistenly fresh and tasty. Since opening, the crew has been rude and the last two times our order was wrong. The last time, the manager made it right. But, how hard is it to get a plain pastrami on rye out to the table correctly? I’d hate to see this restaurant not make in this town. I hope they get the kinks with staff worked out.

Cheap low quality meats. I had the Mufaletta. It was served hot (which it shouldn’t be). There was not much meat and most of that was ham. One slice of genoa. No mortadella in sight. Just a typical franchise cutting corners & masquerading as something it’s not, a quality restaurant.

Great Salad Bar. Great option for someone who is trying to eat healthy for lunch or dinner. Their salad bar has a variety of options, and is well-stocked and clean. Unlimited salad bar is $7 or $8. I haven’t ordered off of the menu yet, but everything looked good.

Good and bad, Environment was nice, food was ok…not great. I had the Yankee, Rye was dry and crumbly. Girlfriend had the Beefy-something. Her sandwich was pretty good. Management staff (I assume since they had the green aprons on) were horsing around and cutting up, seemed a little unprofessional. The restaurant layout is a little unusual. It has 3 sets of doors, only one is for dine in customers. The menu is very busy, not very deli like. Ice cream and salad bar were nice to see but led to more confusion. Wasn’t sure whats gratis and whats not.In short, I’m sure you can find something you’ll like on Jasons menu. I just don’t see it as a legitimate deli. Just another niche chain restaurant.

Meh. Not too impressed – seems like the restaurant is confused as to what it is. You go in and there’s one line for to go or soup and salad or something. On the wall is some signs with the menu – only that’s not the full menu. There’s full paper menus over in a box on the side. I was thinking something like Jimmy Johns – with not too many items, but this place has too big a menu for a deli, IMO. Then there’s a salad bar, and a sign that says the bread and crackers are complimentary. And then there’s a soft serve ice cream machine – it didn’t say complimentary anywhere, although it seems like you didn’t have to pay extra for it as pretty much everyone was getting a cone or two. I had the Chicken Ranchero Wrap , and it came with blue tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa was not great, the chips seemed stale. The wrap was completely meh. I could have just as easily made it at home – not bad but absolutely nothing special. I don’t plan on returning.
