Unbelievable- Worst Night. I just went to OC for my friend’s birthday party, and we seriously waited THREE hours from the time we ordered to get our checks, and some of our food never came. I’m pretty sure our waitress was on drugs. She couldn’t keep anything straight all night. Only a third of us ever got our food, and three of the orders were wrong. We never got the right replacements. On top of all of that, they lost TWO people’s debit cards. I spoke to the manager, and he barely seemed to care. This place has gone downhill fast. Probably won’t ever go back.
Good Pizza but not on the buffet. I love the pizza ordered off the menu (even if it is not really Chicago style). The quality of the food on the buffet is not nearly as good, but if you order off the menu, you won’t be disappointed.
It was good food, but the place had a dank icky carpet smell and one wait staff stunk like week old unwashed hair
Good food, great beer selection ( husband loved that) and great service. Normally not a big chain restaurant fan, but they’re pretty decent.
Good experience….. Great Sunday lunch….prompt service, excellent Bloody Mary, baked spaghetti with Alfredo and a meatball…tasty, sufficient, and good value!!
Disservice to Chicago.. Their pizza is nothing like Chicago style. Everything else on the menu is average. A high point are the amount of beers they have. Other than that, I would skip.2/5 stars
