Terrible experience! Dirty table and rude waitstaff. I could NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Our table was dirty and the service was incredibly slow. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was cold and tasted old. I returned the plate and asked to speak with the manager as 30 minutes went by before I had anything else to eat. My friends had finished eating already. The manager Jacklynn did not really care and had a cold, rude attitude towards our table. It was incredibly insulting. I think the lack of concern for customers from the waitstaff to the management was just terrible. I would never recommend this place. I certainly won’t be back.
Not worth your time. Took our family out to dinner here, was very disappointed with our experience. Didn’t hold our reservation when we showed up promptly, service took forever and messed up 2 of the 4 orders, never refilled any beverages, and the food (esp the salads) make hotel food look gourmet.
Will Not Go Back. The food was fine and the outdoor dining area appeared to be enjoyable, but the service was atrocious and we spent most of our meal shooing away flies that wanted the food on our plates worse than we did. It was disgusting. The waiter was undisciplined to the point that he repeatedly scratched his bare legs while standing at our table to take our orders and then laughed it off as if it was just a mannerism that hadn’t even registered in his mind as being wholly inappropriate and unsanitary, in addition to grotesquely unappetizing for the customers unlucky enough to get him as their waiter. He claimed that they had run out of one of their soft drink selections when it was time for a refill — on a weekend evening, not even at a late hour??? He didn’t have sufficient coinage on him to make change for the bill. He allowed the kitchen to send out a meal without everything that was included with the meal, and then jabbered on and on and on when asked to please provide the missing item as a side. He acted as if everything we requested, which amounted to a grand total of requesting a bottle of ketchup and soft drink refills, was an irregular and major event. He clearly required re-training followed by very close supervision, but given the fly-by-the-seat-of-his-pants attitude he exuded, we came away with the impression that there wasn’t a high degree of businesslike comportment within the establishment overall.
You can do better than this place. I’ve been here a few times because I don’t write places off after only one bad experience. I went here three times and each time the food was so so. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful location.
Very flavorful pizza. Large toppings and thin crust. The wings are nicely crunchy on the outside like bacon. The overall experience has been very pleasant and the final check has been fair.
Visiting while in town. My wife have been here when visiting with family in Evansville. This place is bland. The food is bland, I could make a better sandwich at home. The pizza was generic. The decor is generic. It’s nothing special. We’ve been twice, the first time we waited abour 45 min for our food and it wasn’t busy.
