Excellent food and service!!!! I love the aviator salad and the spaghetti sauce is thick and tangy. The noodles are homemade and very flavorful. They also have unique cocktails. The bloody Mary is delish! Evansville needs more upscale places like this!
Amazing!! Fried chicken spaghetti and add Alfredo on the side… VERY GOOD!! This place should be a 5.0… I will come here every time I visit Evansville.
Awesome! Lamb shank was tender and delicious. Best meal I’ve had in Evansville. Bloody Mary is original and superb. Don’t miss out on eating here!
Delish!!!!. We had a kid free evening, unsure if it would be good or not based upon the previous reviews ,and we’re thoroughly pleased! Food was wonderful!!!! Service was impeccable!!!! When we are kid free again, we will definitely be back!!!
We went to an event next door to sauced and told sauced provided the food. The salad was good with a nice balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Our entree was spaghetti and meatballs. I was disappointed. The meatballs were tough but fortunately not over seasoned, the marina sauce was simply ok. The pasta while warm, was overlooked- a tragedy for an Italian restaurant. I’m not sure if we will venture to try this place after seeing the reviews and owner conduct.
Great food, wonderful service!. My husband and I stopped in thinking we would just have a drink and a couple of appetizers. Once we saw the menu we knew we had to stay for dinner. We had the Pancetta e Pepperoni and Salmone from the Antipasto menu and both were fantastic. My husband had the Fettuccini Alfred with Fried Chicken, which ended up being enough for three meals. He said it was delicious, and is his new favorite local dish. I have a sensitivity to gluten, so I opted for the Filetto, which was cooked perfectly and the sides of mashed potatoes and veggies were also delicious. We also enjoyed a glass of red wine (my husband – not even sure what kind he had) and sangria (made me wish for summer!) I took an order of the flourless chocolate torte home and ended up eating it as soon as we got home and it was fantastic, too. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. The only thing I wish I had known before ordering was that they could substitute spaghetti squash for the pasta on select dishes, which I plan to do next time we go so I can try a wider variety of their offerings. We are so glad to have a nice, simple, local restaurant to enjoy in Evansville and will definitely be back soon!
A welcome addition to Evansville cuisine. I went on a Saturday night. Had the smoked salmon app. It was wonderful. I’ll order it every time. Spaghetti and meat sauce with fried chicken? Go figure – it worked!. Great entree. However, I tried my wife’s linguini with pesto and that is next on my list. Reasonable prices, spectacular menu, warm and inviting atmosphere and good service. Worth your time and money.
