I’ve always been loyal to another large local pizza place, but I must say the price and quality is really good! The crust is really good and they are generous in the toppings!
My dad owned steves for over 30 years and in 2011 he sold it to the current owner I have to say the still have the best pizza in town hands down
Just a fan. Steve’s Una Pizza on S. St. James Blvd. is the best pizza in town. It’s not the most famous, but it is the best. Contrary to what another poster says, it is one of the freshest pizzas you can get in EVV. The crust is super-thin, and you can watch them roll it and work it on-site. The sauce is not overly filled with a bunch of herbs that overwhelm the tomato taste; it’s pretty much just an ever-so-slightly-sweet tomato sauce — straightforward, just like the pizzas we loved in Northern Italy. The meats are fresh, and the cheese is abundant (we get extra-cheese because we’re cheese lovers, not because it’s skimpy on cheese.). If you go a few minutes early to pick up your pizza, you can watch everyone at work, and you’ll see first-hand how fresh all the items are. One look at your completed pizza lets you see how high-quality the meats are: There is almost none of that icky mop-up grease that comes when pizzas are made with high-fat (ie, cheaper) meats. This little (very little!) shop is our #1 choice for pizza. — BJ
Awful food, why high reviews?. Crust: thin but not super thin, gummy/chewy – obviously previously frozen – meh, not the worst i’ve ever hadsauce: cooked down crushed tomato, maybe some sugar – nothing elsecheese – pretty good quality cheeseItalian sausage: dog food grade , absolutely horrible, flavorless garbagemushrooms – canned, very low quality – soggy no flavorblack olives – very low quality, mushy, no flavor at allThe pizza had no spice, no kick. No basil, garlic, oregano, no anise, no pepper, no onion, no sweet wine flavors. Just blah.I picked up some hits at alcohol, but its not a distinctive beer yeasty crust or sweet wine sauce. Something may of just been spoiled.cheesecake – tasted like a can of walmart cream cheese frosting, all it smelled of was sugar and crisco shortening, I did not expect much with getting cheesecake from a pizza place but a frozen piece of sara lee would of been better.price: expensivefood: low gradeAs bad as mamma rommas, at 3x the cost.
Finally a good pizza place! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will only order from Steve’s. Good job! Don’t change a thing. My husband and I are military, so we travel a lot. This pizza gets our vote. Yummy.

Best in Town. Steves is the best una pizza in town. Its always hot, fresh and the pricing is very resonable. If you like Ham and Cheese, try it. Blows PK on Weinbach away.
