My husband and I did Texas Road House’s call ahead seating, so when we arrived around 7:30 on a Saturday night we only had about a five minute wait for our table. I started out with a blue moon, which came in an ice cold mug with a big orange wedge. My husband had a Michelob Ultra (low carb diet). He ordered the 16 oz. ribeye and I got the 10 oz. ribeye. We each got the house salad which is always really good. I got a baked potato and my husband got the steamed broccoli. Our steaks came out perfectly medium rare. A nice dinner out with my favorite guy.

When it came back the cook came out to apologize but it still was mostly uncooked and full of sinewy inedible stuff. Must not have been cooked. Ordered medium rare but even I could not eat it. This is honestly the worst cut of meat I have ever had. We are done with this location. May try in another town. Wasted money. Could not eat the meat.
