Sushi on the go. My wife was in Evansville, we live about an hour away and we were wanting some sushi. Tokyo Japan is a pretty non-descript place, not fancy but nice. We had a OMG roll, Philadelphia rolls, Tuna rolls, California rolls, and Rainbow roll. All of them were good, the OMG is a deep fried roll, my first, but it was tasty. She did carryout and said the desk for pickup was in the back, kind of odd. 15 minutes for 9 rolls to go, fast in my book. Average prices for good sushi in the Midwest, but I was satisfied with the quality. Not as good as Jasmine in Paducah, KY (my wife’s favorite) but good if you’re in town craving sushi. One negative for me, I like wasabi and they only gave one small ball of it (about a measured Tbs) on the side in a 2oz. ramekin with ginger in it also. For 9 rolls I’ll like several times more as I use about a peas worth on each. My wife doesn’t use it so I just did without on most of mine.
