I placed an online order at 7:04, they quoted 8:25 pm. I called at 8:50 the very rude lady said its working and hung up on me. I live 2 minutes away, and the delivery driver arrived at my house at 9:07. He said I owed 18.97, the receipt said 16.05. I asked him how much and he said 18.97 again, I pointed to the receipt in his hand and said that says 16, he then said oh ok. The food was cold, I was missing items, and given wrong items. I called back the lady argued with me for 5 minutes calling me stupid. I told her to come pick up the food, and return my money. I’ll never eat there again.They need to learn customer service, and to admit when they’ve made mistakes. Over 2 hours for Chinese delivery is far too long. They just forgot about it, and tried passing off what ever food they had laying around to me. Horrible experience.
Extremely Rude!!. My son daughter & I went to the two brothers for lunch, we had to wait five minutes to be seated when there was no one in the restaurant but us, the workers wasn’t doing anything. When the lady finally came over to seat us we followed her & before we even got to a table she said very rude what drink do you want, I said excuse me, she said again rudely what drink, I said can we sit down first, she walked away, so we got up & left as soon as we got to table. Very rude people.
Good but not great. This place is worth the stop, especially lunch time, run of the mill chinese buffett, but MUCH beter than Cra*y G*rd*n on the east side.
Love it.. My wife and I go there so much that she is the Mayor of the place on 4-square. What cracks me up is listening to the grandchildren fuss at each other in Chinese.
