For such a weird little place, you wouldn’t expect as good food as they have. I actually love the potato side dish and would order it alone. And General Tso’s is good too. For a drive up Chinese place, it’s better than you expect and the cost isn’t bad either.
Tasty!. It’s hard to imagine a drive up window at a Chinese restaurant. However …. The food is always good. They run a close race with PF’s lettuce wraps, which are my favorite. The combination dinners prices are so low you can’t beat them at any fast food establishment in town. Keep up the good work, see you soon!!!!
I always get lunch. I have never gotten their dinner. Their lunch specials are 5 dollars. You get rice, a crab ragoon, a side item of choice and your main dish. I have eaten here probably 5-10 times. I have never had cold food (again I go during lunch). The amount of food you get for 5 dollars is awesome. Certain foods can be a little salty at times I must say, and the rice is a little bland. I usually mix the rice in the food to counter act. Crab ragoon has chives in it which is rare and delicious (at least rare in Evansville). Overall I give this a good rating

Good food, friendly atmosphere. My SO and I went here last night for a change of pace, first time there. I was recommended the ginger fish for dinner, and I must say, it was the best fish I’ve had in a while. My SO ordered General Tso’s combo platter with the sauteed mushrooms and couldn’t help but rave at how good they were. When he tried my fish, he said we must come back. And we will. Many more times. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome!
Visited for the first time and got one of the lunch specials to go. It was very hot and delicious! And a ton of food! I’d like to go again with my family and try some other menu items.
I may try again…. Unless its absolutely terrible, I am usually willing to give a place a second chance. So I will try this place again. In the meantime, though, if you are trying to decide between this or another place you already know you like, go ahead and pick the other place. My experience was that the food was heavily overseasoned. I mean, waaaaay too salty. The crab rangoon were greasy. The owner, however, was a lovely woman who came over to talk. It was slow when we there, so maybe it was just an off day.
