Best Chinese food ever! My family has been coming here for years! We live in Louisville, but still come here if we are in town! The service is outstanding and the food is out of this world! It’s very high quality and is always fresh! No other place compares!
Best Chinese food in Evanspatch. This is old school homemade fresh Chinese cuisine. Best Egg Foo Young I’ve ever had. Lots of other choices too all good and fresh. Service is friendly and attentive to your needs. I’ve never had to ask for a refill on my drink. The restaurant is clean and well kept. They also have a Sunday buffet. Try it you’ll be glad you did.
Not bad, but not great. Personally I don’t like their brown sauce as much as other places. Considering you can get a decent Chinese meal across the street for slightly more than half what you’d pay at Yen Chings, I’d have to say it is overpriced.
20 years of patronage. I’m 30 yrs old and live in Tennessee now but I can still remember the first restaurant I ate at was Yen Chings. I’ve been going back for at least 20 years now and it’s still by far the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I remember when I was a kid Charlie would send my family Christmas cards because we’d go there so often. This place is and always has been AMAZING. Yes there are fewer items on the buffet than other hog trough Chinese restaurants but that is because Yen Chings is BETTER QUALITY than those places. You can taste it in every bite. Still my favorite, after 20 years!
Really Good. The food is really good & the wait staff is very nice. But can only afford to go at lunch time. Their dinner menu is way to expensive.
Been here numerous times and its the best Chinese I’ve had here in Evansville. Crab Rangoons are amazing. Best egg rolls in town BY FAR! And I could almost drink their sweet and sour sauce. It’s that good. Gotta try it if you haven’t been yet!
Had carry- out several times and absolutely loved it. It’s a little pricy but worth it!
